Importance of Bhringraj as per Ayurveda

Bhringaraj has great significance in Ayurveda. Bhringaraj is a herb of native India and Southwest America. It is considered very important as per Ayurveda. It is said to be a Rasayana or herb for rejuvenation and longevity for hair and other parts of the body.
